Online Order form

We are in the process of setting up an online shop - For now we'll use this Online Order Form. Here's how this works:


Step 1 - Product Selection


  • Select the product by indicating the number of units you wish to order

Step 2 - Contact & Billing Details


  • Please complete all required fields (*). Please double check all details for accuracy.


Step 3 - Shipping & Handling Details


  • Please complete all required fields (*). Please double check all details for accuracy.


  • Once payment has been confirmed, your shipment will be sent off according to your order form.  Dispatching of orders generally takes place within 2 working days from receival of payment, for Sub-Saharan Africa please allow 3-4 working days.


  • Shipping in South Africa via Speed Services and for the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa via FedEx

Step 4 - Submit Order Form


  • After submitting the Order Form, you will receive an email, confirming the details of the order.


  • You will receive a proforma invoice within one working day, containing the relevant banking details. All orders outside South Africa (the rest of Sub-Saharan Africa) will be processed as soon as the shipping has been added.

  • Please make the relevant bank transfer, using the proforma invoice number as reference.

  • Once you have made the bank transfer, please submit the proof-of-payment to sales@hex.co.za (most banks have a facility to do this automatically) or fax the proof-of-payment to 086 614 1109 (SA only).
