With VCDS (VAG-COM), we offer the following Hardware Variants:
- VCDS (VAG-COM) Professional Kit @ R7 495-00
The VCDS (VAG-COM) Professional Kit is the complete Workshop Diagnostic Solution for VW, Audi and SEAT vehicles, it offers a model coverage of all VAG passenger vehicles, ranging from 1990-2010.
This option consists of the following:
1 x HEX-USB+CAN Interface "Hardware Dongle" licensed for VCDS (VAG-COM),
5 Meter Active USB Extension Cable,
2x2 Connector,
Kombi Connector,

- HEX-USB+CAN Interface @ R3 495-00
The HEX-USB+CAN Interface enables the enthusiast user, to work on most VAG passenger vehicles, that does not need a special adapter or connector.

This option consists of the following:
1 x HEX-USB+CAN Interface "Hardware Dongle" licensed for VCDS (VAG-COM),
Software CD,

- HEX-Micro-CAN Interface @ R2 250-00
The HEX-Micro-CAN Interface is only compatible with vehicles based on the Mk5 Golf (A5/A6) platform technology, that use the CAN Protocol for all communications and diagnostics.
This Interface does not support the "Turbo" function in "Measuring Blocks", that function is only availiable with the HEX-USB+CAN Interface.

- HEX-USB Interface @ R2 395-00
The HEX-USB Interface is dedicated to NON-CAN vehicles within the VW, Audi and SEAT group, where all communications and diagnostics are still done over the "K-Lines", typically models ranging from 1990-2003/4. Please note that some vehicles may need a special adapter or connector.
